By integrating Windows SharePoint Portal Server 2003 with Microsoft Office Project Server 2003, we have optimized the communication within the company in terms of sharing project information and providing an online community for document collaboration. Bugzilla, an open source tool that allows our developers and project managers to effectively track errors and ensure better accountability. Throughout the entire product's lifecycle, we use Intetics Request Management System, a powerful customer support tool that we designed to enable our customers to quickly transmit alerts and change requests, receive rapid response, and track the issue' progress.
