Qualifications:

Programmers PHP

Qualifications required:

• 2 year PHP programming experience;
• OOP, PHP5 knowledge;
• experience in MySQL;
• written English.

Qualifications desirable:

• knowledge of web-services, XML;
• design pattern knowledge;
• experience in creation or modification of CMS.

Programmers Java

Qualifications required:

• experience in J2EE (JSP/Servlets) with Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere;
• experience in MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL;
• English for writing.

Qualifications desirable:

• knowledge of JDBC, JNDI, JavaBeans, EJB, JavaMail.

HTML-coder

Qualifications required:

• DHTML, CSS, DIV CSS, Adobe Photoshop/ImageReady, Corel Draw;
• cross-browser code optimization (IE, FireFox, Opera);
• good taste;
• English.

Project Manager

Qualifications:

• experience in project management or project coordination;
• experience in working with Western customers;
• analytical experience;
• experience in creating and maintaining project documentation;
• task planning and controlling skills;
• English for writing and speaking.

Technologies:

• .NET;
• PHP;
• MS SQL, MySQL;
• experience and skills in other technologies is a big advantage.

Client Manager

Qualifications required:

• higher education (economic or linguistic);
• excellent English (and/or) German;
• knowledge of MS Office and Internet;
• written English;
• knowledge and experience in the customer support;
• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Superior management and negotiation skills.

Qualifications desirable:

• Marketing or Sales education and experience selling IT services is a big plus.
